The LME75 is a microprocessor-controlled automatic burner control unit with coordinated system components for controlling and monitoring medium to large capacity forced draught burners.

LME75 take over the commissioning and monitoring of 1-stage, 2-stage or pneumatic/mechanical combination modulating forced draught burners in continuous operation. Flame monitoring takes place during continuous operation with the following sensors or monitors:
· QRA7 UV flame sensor
· QRI infrared flame sensor
· Ionization flame sensor

Features:
Undervoltage detection
· Electrical remote unlocking
· Exact program times thanks to digital signal processing
· Multicolored display of fault and operating messages
· Air pressure monitoring with functional check of the air pressure switch during start and operation (depending on the PME75 / PME76 and the respective parameterization)
· Limitation of restarts
· Parameterizable, controlled intermittent operation after a maximum of 24 hours of uninterrupted operation (parameter 239 = 1) e.g. for applications with flame sensor LFS1 and its flame sensor QRA2 / QRA4 / QRA10
· Continuous operation (parameter 239 = 0)
· BCI interface
· The parameters of the LME75 / LME76 can be set either via the display or ACS410
· Slot for PME75 / PME76

Integrated in the LME75 / LME76:
BCI interface for connecting an AZL2 or PC
· Unlock button (info button)
· 3-color signal light (LED) for operating and fault messages (unlock button (info button), 3 additional buttons for operation in conjunction with 3 x 7-segment display)
· Analog inputs for power controller DC 0...10 V, DC 0/4...20 mA, 0...135 O
· Interface for PME75 / PME76
· 3 x 7-segment display for service information, fault information and status information
· Control for an actuator
· Control for a PWM blower motor (depending on the PME75 / PME76 and the respective parameterization)

IMPORTANT: This is a standard burner management system; the customer must carry out the correct parameterization for the corresponding burner himself and is also responsible for these settings!
