Shipping information and cost

Orders received by 10:00 a.m. are usually shipped on the same day as the order, provided that the goods are in stock. Goods not available from stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days, otherwise you will be notified of the delivery date.

Package delivery times

The package transit times are listed in the table below. The standard delivery time of a parcel within Germany is 24 hours and refers only to deliveries within the mainland. Please ask for shipping costs and delivery times for deliveries to German islands.

Transport damages
All items are checked for damage and completeness by our shipping staff before delivery and then carefully packed. Therefore, before accepting the goods, be sure to check the shipment for damage to the carton and, in the event of obvious damage to the packaging, have the parcel carrier issue a damage confirmation message. Afterwards, you must absolutely refuse to accept the goods! You must not accept the package under any circumstances! This is the only way to claim transport damage.
