Return / Exchange

As with many manufacturers, our company does not accept returns of electrical components!

As a wholesaler, it is not possible for us to check that electrical components are in perfect working order. If we would take it back and deliver it to you, you would be very upset if you received a defective item. This would result in additional costs for both you and us, which could well lead to an extension of a system failure at the end customer.

When placing your order, you accept our General Terms and Conditions (in particular point 11) and confirm that you are placing the order as a trader. You also have the absolute certainty that you will only receive brand-new goods.

Only in exceptional cases is a procedure in accordance with point 11 of our GTCs possible.
