For the whereabouts of your shipment you can inform yourself as follows:

1. Directly at the parcel service using the parcel number (regular customers can find the tacking code in their customer account at the order overview). You can also get the parcel number by phone at +49 (0) 9208/5709980.

Visit the DPD Internet portal and enter the parcel number under "Shipment tracking".
NOTE: If you have not received the goods within 7 working days of the shipping email, please contact DPD or us immediately.

2. Call us, write an eMail or fax us. We will research the whereabouts of your shipment for you and inform you about the current status..
