The burner management system LMV37.4... is a microprocessor-controlled burner management system with coordinated system components for controlling and monitoring medium to large capacity forced draught burners.

Description:
Microprocessor-controlled LMV37.4 for single-fuel burners of any capacity, with electronic fuel-air ratio control, with up to 2 actuators and with integrated density control for gas valves. The system components (AZL2, actuators) are connected directly to the LMV37.4. All safety-relevant digital inputs and outputs of the LMV37.4 are monitored by means of a contact feedback network.

- Type-tested and approved according to DIN EN 298
- Applications according to EN 676: Automatic forced draught burners for gaseous fuels
- Applications in accordance with EN 267: forced draught burners for liquid fuels
For intermittent operation, the ionization flame sensor or the optical sensors QRA, QRB or QRC can be used in conjunction with the LMV37.4. Continuous operation is only possible with an ionization flame sensor.
Integrated in LMV37.4:
Automatic gas burner control unit, including valve testing system for the gas valves
· Electronic fuel-air compound control for a maximum of 2 actuators SQM3 or SQN1
· Control of frequency converter air blower - Modbus interface
· BCI interface for connecting a display or PC
· Device parameters can be set either via display or PC software ACS410

Note: The basic device is the actual automatic burner control unit with all-pole input/output terminals. It has no operating elements. It is operated via remote additional devices that communicate by wire. Matching operating units are AZL21.00A9 (IP40) and AZL23.00A9 (IP54).

IMPORTANT: This is a standard burner management system; the customer must carry out the correct parameterization for the corresponding burner himself and is also responsible for these settings!
