English The LME7... is a microprocessor-controlled automatic burner control unit with coordinated system components for the control and monitoring of medium to large capacity forced draught burners.
Application:
LME7 are used to commission and monitor staged or modulating forced draught burners and atmospheric gas burners in intermittent operation. The fuel/air ratio can be set either with an air damper actuator - acting on a mechanical or pneumatic compound - or with pulse width-controlled blowers and pneumatic compound. The flame is monitored by means of ionization flame sensors, UV flame sensors QRA2 / QRA4 / QRA10, photo resistance sensors QRB1 / QRB3, yellow flame sensors QRB4 or blue flame sensors QRC.

· Applications according to EN 676: Automatic forced draught burners for gaseous fuels
· Applications according to EN 746-2: Industrial thermoprocessing equipment - Part 2 Safety requirements for furnaces and fuel handling systems

· Undervoltage detection
· Electrical remote unlocking
· Precise program times thanks to digital signal processing
· Multicolored display of fault messages and operating messages
· Air pressure monitoring with functional test of the air pressure switch during start and operation
· Restart limitation
· Controlled intermittent operation after a maximum of 24 hours of uninterrupted operation (can be parameterized via parameter 239) (depending on PME7)
· BCI interface
· Device parameters can be set either via AZL2 or ACS410
· Slot for PME7
· Program sequence display
The LME71/73 has integrated:
Automatic gas burner control unit - BCI interface for connecting an AZL2 or PC
· Unlock button (info button)
· 3-color signal light LED for operating and fault messages
· Optional: Analog inputs for power controller DC 0...10 V, DC 0/4...20 mA, 0...135 O
· Interface for PME7
· Control for one actuator
IMPORTANT: This is a standard burner management system; the customer must carry out the correct parameterization for the corresponding burner himself and is also responsible for these settings!
