First-time customers can only be supplied by advance payment, cash on delivery or by immediate bank transfer, otherwise the following payment methods are available:

1. Pre payment by bank transfer

After completing the order process, you will automatically receive an order confirmation with our bank details by e-mail, so that you can transfer the total amount under the specified transaction number to our account. Please make sure that your e-mail address is spelled correctly, otherwise no order confirmation can be sent to you! This payment method can be used by any customer or new customer.

2. Direct debit via bank transfer
By entering your bank details, you grant us a one-time direct debit authorization to debit the invoice amount from your account. In case of a return debit note on the part of the buyer or his bank and in case of incorrectly entered bank data by the customer, we will charge you the return debit note fees incurred by us. Therefore, please check carefully that your bank details are correct and complete. This payment method is only available to commercial customers within Germany who have entered into a condition agreement with us.

3. Payment by invoice
Regular customers from industry, trade and commerce who have already ordered from us several times are supplied on account with a payment term of 8 days net.
