We assure you that all our goods that are shipped are packed absolutely correctly and professionally. Therefore, damages that are claimed due to inadequate packaging are as good as excluded.

Nevertheless, we cannot prevent damage to the packaging caused by the transport company during transport. Therefore, should you wish to accept a package that is already visibly damaged, please be sure to note the following points:

  • Before accepting the goods, be sure to check the shipment for damage to the carton and, in the event of obvious damage to the packaging, have the parcel carrier issue a Damage Confirmation Report..

  • Refuse in the connection absolutely the goods acceptance! You must accept the package therefore in no case! Only in this way a transport damage can be claimed.

  • Please let us know immediately that the package comes back to us and we will arrange a new delivery.
