English Dungs air conditioning set differential pressure switch for air type KS 600 A2-7 is the ventilation and air conditioning technology, DDC. Especially for monitoring air ducts, filters, drive units and blowers.
Function
Differential pressure monitor in the positive and negative pressure range. The differential pressure acts via the diaphragm against the force of the setting spring on the microswitch. The circuit is switched on, off or over when the pressure exceeds or falls below the set target value. The differential pressure switch of the air conditioning set works without auxiliary power.
DDC - Application
The switching contacts of the climate control sets are made of gold-plated silver, for =(DC) 24 V; 0.02 A. When using the climate control set in conventional technology at ~(AC) 250 V, resistive load 4 A, inductive load 2 A, cos ϕ 0.6, the gold-plated coating on the switching contacts burns off. As a result, subsequent DDC application is no longer possible.
