English This Afriso test device for limit value transmitters is used for the complete testing of limit value transmitters that are not used in hazardous areas. Suitable for all limit value transmitters according to EN 13616 type B1 (previously TRbF 511) and for liquids with a flash point > 55 °C, e.g. heating oil, diesel and other liquid fuels or oils. Both a simple electrical function test in the installed state and a wet test on the removed limit value sensor are possible.
Description:
Modern, robust housing with high-resolution TFT color display and membrane keypad with four operating buttons and on/off button. At the head end there is a 1.2 m long, permanently mounted connection cable with coupling socket 903 for plugging in the limit value transmitter. The base is equipped with a mini-USB connection for the mains adapter/charger for charging the battery. During the electrical function test, the heat-up time in seconds and the filling release are displayed. During the wet test, the switch-off time is displayed in seconds after immersion in liquid. The complete test result is displayed as a summary at the end. In the event of error messages and faults, the display turns red and text is displayed. The device switches off automatically when not in use, but the charging function remains active.
