Intercal SGN 100H single-stage gas burner

INTERCAL SGN 100H forced draught gas burner from 15 to 45 kW / single-stage, for boiler output 13 - 40 kW with gas fitting block, connection Rp 3/4 for natural gas H/L gas flow pressure 20 mbar, or bio natural gas,
CE-0085AQ0916 tested to DIN EN 676.

• Single-stage switching with pre-ventilation
• Slow-opening solenoid valve, suitable for cast iron/steel boilers
• The burner is heat-tested
• Mains connection: 230 V, 50 Hz
• Power consumption during operation 0.16 kW
• Current consumption in operation approx. 1.1 A

The burner consists of:
- Spiral housing (lightweight die-cast)
- Burner tube in power-related gradation
- High-performance mixing system with gas lance, movable
- Housing cover with functional parts
- Electric motor with operating capacitor
- High-performance blower wheel
- Air pressure switch
- Automatic gas burner control according to DIN EN 298
- Ionisation probe for flame monitoring
- Ignition transformer, interference level < N
- Ignition electrode block (plug-in ignition cable)
- Gas fitting block with filter, gas pressure switch, gas pressure regulator, solenoid valve 1 slow-opening, fast-closing, solenoid valve 2 as safety (solenoid valves class A), mounted on the housing cover
