English Complete system for securing the gas supply up to a secured inlet pressure pe < 500 mbar in the event of failure of the ventilation system, lack of power, filter contamination or insufficient supply air. the gas supply is only released if the exhaust air system is operating correctly and there is sufficient supply air (optional). The system is suitable for all fuel gases in accordance with DVGW worksheet G 260.
A thermally triggered element is integrated in the manual shut-off at the entrance. This provides increased fire protection. The automatic and safe shut-off of the gas supply is ensured by a normally closed double valve combination. The exhaust air system is monitored by a differential pressure switch. The mounting brackets for secure attachment to the exhaust air system and a hose connection set for various connection options to the exhaust air system to be monitored are part of the system. The system offers connection options for an additional air pressure monitor for filter monitoring, external switches for supply air and emergency stop buttons. The exhaust air system can be switched on manually or requested automatically via an integrated potential-free contact. The SKK safety controller in plastic design is intended for surface mounting. A central main switch with VDE marking is integrated in the control unit. It is operated via the easy-to-clean membrane keypad. Fault and operating messages supplement the control unit. The control unit complies with the required fault safety according to DIN EN 13611 regulation and control function class B. The kitchen fuse is automatically switched off after 24 hours of continuous operation.
