English The type R regulator is a gas pressure regulator for gas lines in accordance with EN 88. The type R regulators are made of a die-cast aluminum alloy. They have an adjustable spring for precise pressure adjustment on site. The regulators have a working and safety diaphragm so that no external vent line is required. The closing plate has a special equalizing diaphragm, which results in a very stable outlet pressure. The impulse line is integrated in the regulator, special versions with external impulse line are available on request. Connections according to group 2.
Regulators R are designed for low pressure drop at high flow rates. Without gas flow, the regulators can shut off the line. Suitable for use with air or non-aggressive gases of family 1, 2 and 3 (EN 437). Special versions for aggressive gases such as biogas and coke oven gas are available on request.
Pressure measurement connections are available on both sides of the inlet and outlet chambers for connecting pressure gauges, pressure switches or other gas devices. All components are designed to withstand the mechanical, chemical and thermal loads in typical applications. Effective impregnation and surface treatment ensure the mechanical strength, sealing properties and corrosion resistance of the components. The regulators are 100% tested and fully guaranteed.
