DWR pressure switches are particularly suitable as pressure switches or pressure limiters for fuel gases (DVGW Code of Practice G 260) and liquid fuels (e.g. heating oil) as well as for steam systems in accordance with TRBS and hot water systems in accordance with DIN EN12828, for systems in accordance with DIN EN12952-11 and DIN EN12953-9.

The DWR is used for maximum and minimum pressure monitoring. This “special design” pressure switch has been tested with 2 million switching cycles. TÜV and DVGW testing is available.

Technical Data:
Pressure connection: External thread G 1/2 (pressure gauge connection) to DIN 16 288 and internal thread G 1/4 to ISO 228 Part 1 (for gas applications, internal thread only permitted up to 4 bar).

Switchgear: Sturdy housing (200) made of seawater-resistant die-cast aluminum. Materials: Pressure bellows: material no. 1.4571, sensor housing: material no. 1.4104, switch housing: GD AI Si 12 (DIN 1725)

Installation position: Vertically upwards and horizontally

Ambient temperature: at the switchgear -25...+70 °C, medium temperature -25...+70 °C. The maximum medium temperature at the pressure sensor must not exceed the permissible ambient temperature at the switching device. Briefly acting temperatures of up to 85 °C are permissible. Higher medium temperatures are possible if suitable measures (e.g. siphon) are taken to ensure the above limit values at the switching device.

Mounting: Directly on pressure line (pressure gauge connection) or on a flat surface with 2 screws, 4 mm ø. Adjustment: The DWR series is base-adjusted with increasing pressure. This means that the adjustable switching pressure on the scale corresponds to the switching point with increasing pressure, the reset point is lower by the switching differential. (See also p. 23, 2nd adjustment at the upper switching point.) In the ...-203 version, the switching differential is adjustable, the basic adjustment is retained.

Burst pressure: For all types = 100 bar, verified by TÜV test.

Switching differential: 40...100 mbar

Contact assembly: Single-pole changeover switch

Switching capacity: 250V ~ 5A
