In the field of high-temperature, heating and resistance materials, the alloy Cr Fe Al 145 is characterized by exceptional uniformity and toughness compared to similar materials and allows cold forming into heating elements even with large wire and strip dimensions. At the highest element temperatures of up to 1375 °C, Cr Fe Al 145 is less sensitive to warping, growth and increases in resistance above the given limits.
Particularly suitable for heating elements in industrial ovens with extremely high operating temperatures of up to 1300 °C.
Technical data:
Material: 1.4765 (improved)
Element temperature: 1375°C
Melting point: approximately at 1520°C
Tensile strength: 810 N/mm² at 20°C
Spec. el. Resistance: 1.45 Ohm /m * mm² at 20°C
Directional analysis in %: Cr 22, Al 5.5, Si 0.5, C 0.1, Fe residue
Expansion coefficient x 10-6cm/cm/°C 20-1000°C = 17.4
